1. Step-by-step rehearsal run-through
We gather your wedding party, officiant, readers, and family members for a paced rehearsal. We walk through every moment—processional, cues, transitions, exits—so everyone knows exactly where to stand, when to move, and how the ceremony will unfold.
2. Coordination & timing checks
We make sure each aspect of the event (musicians, officiant, florals, lighting, etc.) is aligned for the ceremony flow. We test cues (music, mic handoffs, lighting) and ensure the timing between segments is polished.
3. On-site layout confirmation
Using the actual ceremony space, we verify placements of altar, seating, décor, signage, and pathways. If needed, we fine-tune positions to optimize guest flow and ease of movement.
